The collections cover a broad range of topics including addiction, allergies, cancer, chronic pain, dementia and memory loss, disability, nutrition, mental health, self esteem and sleep. There is a selection of mood boosting fiction titles as well. Titles can be searched for on the library catalogue by searching for "healthy reading collection".
